The purpose of Cardio Glutes programming is to correct muscle imbalances and activation in the glutes. We include dynamic add-ons with our LRM’s with the goal of improving total body coordination. The more we are able to identify and activate our glutes in functional movements, the more they will be able to support our bodies and prevent injury!
Cardio Glutes only include 2 unilateral postures that are in the same orientation (parallel / turnout, opposite orientation of what was taught in legs.) Different to Legs, Cardio Glutes can include a 2-count pace movement since our goals are coordinating muscles together properly. Programming should include 2 songs for Glutes, performing 1 posture per song.
