Guidelines
Shorter time than normal class; 30-45 minutes long
Make sure to ask the client how long they would like the class to be
Still working on the entire body, but shortening each section, either by number of postures or duration on the posture
Create a playlist to adjust to the shorter class
Roughly 2-3 songs per section
No equipment used
Make sure to tell the client(s) to bring their own mats
Quick set up then get them moving!
Don't worry as much about cueing / talking points as you usually would in class
Make it fun! Use an energetic voice throughout class
Walk around to encourage clients throughout the class and to correct
You will do less correcting and more pumping up the energy
