Instructors:
Pop-Up classes will have one instructor leading the class and another demo-ing.
Plan a class without equipment.
Set up mats in islands and teach facing the class.

General Class Format
WARMUP - 5-7 MIN
Opening Stretch
2-3 Aerobic Postures
1 Plank / Pushup Posture
2-3 Songs used
LEGS - 5-8 MIN
Use either 2 Posture format or 3 Posture format (see guideline doc for details)
Can combine with combo for shorter class times
One song per posture
COMBO 6-10 MIN
Include all 5 upper body muscle groups (see note about combining with leg work)
Recommended to include bodyweight exercises for variety (pushups, tricep dips, renegade rows, etc.)
Up to 3 songs similar to warmup feel
GLUTES 5-8 MIN
Use either 2 or 3 posture format outlined in guideline doc
Can combine with back half of combo (ex. adding arms exercise to bridge) for shorter class times
One song per posture
CORE 4-6 MIN
2 Postures (include both orientations)
Finish with 60 - second plank hold
YOGA 5 MIN
Abbreviated version of fusion class
Closing sequence
