– Low lunge/modified runner’s lunge
– Half pigeon
– Forearm pike (would be good during core for a core blast) – modification could be plank with hip dips
From this short video, we could do the following:
– TRX lunge/crescent pose (thinking we could incorporate during leg work?)
– Twisting triangle (could do it facing the barre)
– Front squat with triceps press/chaturanga (the coolest looking one!)
– Backbend
Found this Pilates video that has some cool ways to incorporate TRX in core:
– Pilates roll ups with straps (facing barre)
– Bicycles pressing hands into foot straps (facing barre) – there’s several variations of these she does that look cool
– Leg grabs with shoulders lifted
– Knee hugs/V ups with straps
– Plank with feet in straps, drawing knees into chest
